PRE-PRODUCTION

Our services Mass Production alt sayfasi (Fabric sourcing + Sample Developmentla ayni tasarim) To ensure bulk measurement is correct, the fabric quality reports are check and cutting team discuss in detail for •Vdgce-gificient use. Fabric is tested for color/shrinkage/strength accordingly to the provided technical forms. A final sample will be made with all the changes from samples. Pre-production sample is sent to customer for final confirmation before we start with cutting.

CUTTING & SORTING All

cutting process is done in-house. Fabrics are controlled and marked before cutting. After cutting, defected pieces are sort out and replaced before it goes into production steps further.

MANUFACTURING

All our sewing machine operators are trained for silk production and work for us since the beginning. Our sample & Production line is fully same and done by same workers. No surprises between sample and production quality. Production takes 2-4 weeks depending on styles and quantity. Every process will be monitored and we will keep you posted with bulk process.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We strive to create quality products that has no faculty returns and which keep your customers coming back. MERT IPEK'S own QC teams will perform standard quality control checks before packaging. AQL can be applied by outsourced companies or your brand's authorized person before shipment.

DELIVERY & SHIPMENT TERMS

We normally ship by DHL or TNT and lead time is around 2-3 days. Shipping process will be tracked and we will follow the process for you for bulk shipment. But also truck shipment is possible, and there are a lot alternative logistic companies we are working for every country of Europe. Any country to Europe, it usually takes 7-10 days from Turkey. We help to save every penny for our clients in shipping; we have contact of express including DHL, Fedex, UPS. Because we ship every week by DHL, price from DHL is very competitive. Feel free to check with us on the rate of shipping. Our team is very experienced with customs documents, customs clearance process and will keep track of shipment so please rest assured you are in good hands. Our shipment terms made upon contract. We can quote pricing as FOB, CFR, CIF terms.
